Our Contact Us and Information Request Forms request your name, phone number, email and comments. If you have filled out any of these forms and wish to be removed from our list please enter your email in the box below and we we’ll remove you immediately.

We do collect limited information anonymously, such as your IP address, browser configuration, etc., your activity on the website, and the date/time of this event. We may set and access our cookies on your system in order to customize the delivery of our services to your preferences and for the purposes of tracking the effectiveness of our services.

We may, on occasion, ask you for additional information so that we may contact you for follow up on specific inquiries. We utilize a multi-tiered server architecture to store user information on servers that are not publically accessible and we encrypt all credit card and other sensitive data, such that, even if a hacker were to gain access to our data, the data would be useless to the hacker.
